Mars Allen

I was born short and bald 50 years ago in a vine-covered NJ suburb. After countless years of alienation and moral turpitude at a private day school for children from vine-covered households, I spent 4 years at Georgetown searching for theological, linguistic and philosophical insights into the the metaphysical foundations of personal identity.

I spent my career in advertising, convincing people to do and believe things that they more often than not neither wanted to do nor believe. It took me all over the globe, and elsewhere, and even stationed me in Shanghai for 2 years. Its been a great ride, and allowed me to support my cravings for food, wine, travel and neo-psychedelic, post-modern alternative rock.

Now, having plotted and executed a most daring escape from "working for the man", I work for myself as a consultant, which of course means I have a nutwack for a boss, but I love & trust him.

I also play the bass, help out friends and neighbors and do-good charities, nap and seek the perfect lamb burger.

Personal actualization remains elusive. So do hair and height.
